I had the pleasure and privilege to dine at Nitan earlier tonight and I must say that this was definitely 1 of my best meals I've had during this Phuket trip. I absolutely love the story chef is telling here and every dish from the beginning to the end was spectacular. Between my wife and I, we loved every dish we had tonight. I'd definitely recommend Nitan for those in Phuket celebrating a special occasion (in fact, there were 2 birthday dinners here tonight). A+++

Each dish was influenced by a specific region of Thailand, culminating in this 7-course meal that boasted a wide range of flavours with different intensities. Be sure to make reservations in advance because they have a strict 18 pax per night policy, and it was a full house when we visited.

Everything was a 10 from the moment we stepped in. We were super early for dinner (they start serving at 7pm) but we were still warmly welcomed by the service staff who stopped their internal meeting immediately (sorry!). I highly recommend the 7 course menu as my fav dishes were the 2 that were not on the 5 course 😄 food were all served with perfection, innovative and tasted AMAZING. THANK YOU for celebrating our milestone with us too ❤️
